Welcome to our charming one-bedroom apartment with a private deck and breathtaking mountain views.

The bedroom features a 17" queen-size Fairmont II mattress, organic cotton sheets, and a French linen duvet, ensuring a restful sleep.

The living room has a 55" Samsung Frame Smart TV and a comfortable 3-seater sofa for guests to relax and enjoy their favorite shows. The corner dining area has windows on either side and a Banff Springs Hotel dining set with four occasional chairs.

The kitchen is fully equipped with quality kitchenware, tableware for four, and great coffee making options. You'll find a bistro table and comfy swivel chairs on the deck where you can enjoy a hot cup of your  morning ritual while basking in the rays of the morning sun.

Additionally, you'll have access to a large common deck with tables, chairs, and a propane BBQ.

The bright 3-piece bathroom features a walk-in glass shower stall and a large infrared heat panel overhead.

Although this apartment does not have laundry facilities, if we have time, and as a courtesy, we try to accommodate guests' laundry needs by doing a load of laundry for them upon request. Our FAQ page lists public laundry mat locations, including the Truffle Pigs Lodge and Bistro.

Climb 18 steps and enter a bright and spacious penthouse apartment with breathtaking mountain views.

The open-concept living area has a warm and casual atmosphere, perfect for relaxing or entertaining after a day of adventure and exploration.

The living room features a 55" Samsung, 'The Frame, Smart TV and a modular Caméléon 'Jelly Bean' sofa designed by Normand Couture,  where guests can comfortably relax and enjoy their favourite shows.

The dining area can accommodate up to six guests and includes occasional chairs from the Banff Springs Hotel.

The kitchen is well-equipped with quality kitchen and tableware and offers excellent coffee-making options. The large kitchen island provides ample space for everyone to join in and create a memorable feast. 

The larger bedroom has a hand-carved log queen bed and a 2-piece ensuite bathroom. 

Between this bedroom and the living area, you will find a room with a hand-carved log single bed and a chest full of yoga and stretching equipment.

The smaller second bedroom has a queen-sized bed squeezed into it and a 3-piece ensuite with a walk-in glass shower stall. From this bedroom, you can access a small private balcony with seating for two, a propane BBQ, and views of Mount Dennis and Mount Stephen.

Whichever bed you choose, you will enjoy a restful sleep with crisp, smooth, organic percale cotton sheets and a rumpled French linen duvet.

In addition, you will have access to a large common garden-level deck with tables, chairs, and a propane BBQ.

Please take note of the following information:​

  • We have a Level 2 Electric Vehicle Charger (EVC) available upon request. Registered guests can use it for free during their stay.

  • To access the apartments, guests must enter through a swing gate, walk up five concrete steps with a railing, and continue along a concrete walkway to reach the garden area at the back of the house. Entrances to the apartments are located in this area.

  • All of our apartments are located above ground level and have windows that can be opened.

  • The apartments do not have air conditioning; however, we provide portable fans to help keep you cool during hot summer days.

  • None of the apartments have bathtubs.

  • The 1-bedroom apartments do not have dishwashers.

  • Although the 1-bedroom apartments do not have laundry facilities, we try to accommodate guests' laundry needs by doing a load of laundry for them upon request and as a courtesy if we have time. We also list public laundry mat locations on our FAQ page, including the Truffle Pigs Lodge and Bistro.

  • To ensure a clean and safe environment for our guests, we use natural cleaning agents.

  • If you are allergic to feathers, please let us know in advance, and we will replace any down-filled throw pillows, bed pillows, and duvets with hypoallergenic ones. Lastly, please be aware that the large brown sofa in the top floor apartment is down-filled.

Rates

Based on double occupancy.

Priced in CAD (Canadian Dollars).

Taxes are additional (13%).

Additional Guests: $30/night/guest.

Returning Guests

Rates may be discounted to match the standard rate of their previous stay (exceptions may apply).

Minimum Stay

  • 2-night minimum

  • If the calendar displays the availability of only one night, a 1-night stay can be booked by contacting the guest house directly.

Booking Requirements

  • To make a booking, the lead guest must be at least 19 years old.

  • Adult-oriented. Mature, quiet children may be booked as adults.

Restrictions

  • Pets are not permitted on the property.

  • The entire property is smoke-free and vape-free.

  • Quiet hours are after 9:00 pm.​​ No stags/no hens. No wild parties.
