Cancellations and refunds for guests with bookings made prior to May 1st, 2020

For cancellations caused by unprecedented COVID-19 concerns beyond our control, we are converting Cancellation fees to transferrable Future Stay Credits, freezing our 2020 rates, and offering a 5% discount for future stays prior to October 1st, 2023.

We do our best to process refunds quickly. The full amount paid less a cancellation fee, if applicable, will be refunded. Once the refund is issued, depending on your original payment method, you should see the funds back on your credit card or in your bank account or an e-Transfer within 5-10 business days.

The standard non-refundable $50 cancellation fee addresses underlying administrative and payment processing costs. Processing fees implemented by our payment channel include fraud protection, bank fees, reporting, etc. In the case of a refund, our payment channel keeps the fee charged on the original payment.

Trip Cancellation & Trip Interruption Insurance typically covers cancellation fees if a trip is unexpectedly disrupted. If you purchased Trip Cancellation and Trip Interruption Insurance prior to March 2020, COVID-19 should be considered ‘sudden and unexpected’ and coverage may still apply. See your policy for terms and conditions and claim process. A cancellation deadline may have been implemented.
