Location, Location, Location

On the west side of the continental divide, with 28 peaks reaching over 3,000 m /10,000 ft, Yoho offers striking mountain landscapes: rugged mountain peaks, deeply incised canyons, expansive glaciers and ice fields, conifer-clad slopes, alpine meadows, turquoise lakes, thundering rivers and waterfalls.

Yoho National Park is one of seven contiguous parks in the Canadian Rocky Mountains

that in 1984 were designated a single UNESCO World Heritage site.

Listed as a World Heritage site in 1980, Yoho's Burgess Shale contains one of the world’s most

significant finds of middle Cambrian soft-bodied marine fossils, with over 150 species.

Yoho National Park destinations include the Burgess Shale fossil sites, Emerald Lake, Natural Bridge, Takakkaw Falls, Wapta Falls, Hoodoos, Laughing Falls, Twin Falls, Spiral Tunnels, Sherbrooke Lake,

the Iceline Trail, Paget Peak, the Great Divide, Lake McArthur, and Lake O'Hara.

Field is central to Golden, the Icefields Parkway, Lake Louise and  Banff.

Tripadvisor's Travelors' Choice Award

Many, many thanks to all of our guests who leave reviews!!!

2019 was a great year! We were pleasantly surprised and most

honoured to receive a TripAdvisor Travelors' Choice award.

After being closed for 3 summers, we are totally stoked to be

re-opening starting the July 1st weekend, 2023, and are having much

fun planning an even better guest house experience for all the great

adventurers that will stay at the guest house next summer. Of course,

in the background, there are pleasant thoughts of guests sharing

accolades with other travelors. A 2023 Travelors' Choice award may very

well be in the stars. Giddy with excitement - Love Jules & Grégoire.

Do it in Yoho!
